John does what he claims. He sells your hard to sell property in a flash. I contacted John after my condo unit was on the market for 7 months, without any offer. The unit was in good condition but overlooked a major roadway. I had cancelled the existing agent and decided to keep the property off the market for a month before transferring it to John as agent. John encouraged me to relist the property right away, even though it was the Christmas holiday. Five days later I received a firm offer; 15 days later we closed.

We had a very fast sale. The house sold for more than what we thought it would.

John was very helpful in telling us what we had to do to get the property ready for sale. He also gave us a range of what we could expect to get. Although his estimate was just a little higher than what we got, it was closer than what we anticipated. Although the offer was closer to our estimate, the appraisal came in almost at John's original figures. John is very good as an agent and I would recommend him to others.

Living in Maryland, I found John Warner, of Watkins Realty, on the Internet. His pleasant personality and knowledgable information made me feel confident that I had found just the person I needed to help my husband and me find a home near my family in Florida. My husband and I then took a trip for a few days to Orange Park, where we met John. He took us to homes that just fit the specifications of what we told him we wanted to see, which varied because we were not sure if we wanted a fixer upper, a pre-owned home, or a brand new one. One of the homes where John took us was a new home and we fell in love with it. John recommended some negotations in our favor to the builder, who agreed. We signed a contract during that visit and went back to Maryland, confident in John taking care of all that was needed to be done before we moved. Whenever we had questions or concerns with the builder, we would call John. Although we were 800 miles away, John took care of all of them, and was always eager to do so.
